The position for a full-time Pizzaiolo is currently available. We are looking for experienced and dedicated culinary professionals to join our growing restaurant team in Central Illinois. Ardor Breads and Provisions is a unique, neighborhood restaurant offering seasonally inspired, chef driven cuisine built around fire, fermentation, our in house bakery and our seasonal experimental garden. This newly expanded restaurant has already been named one of the top dining destinations in the country, by USA Today. Come help be a part of this growing brand from the ground up! Come bake with our award winning team focusing on naturally leavened sourdough and seasonal ingredients. We are looking for detailed, committed, self-motivated and growth-minded bakers. As our Pizzaiolo, we'll look to you to work alongside our Head Chef to keep daily Pizza operations running smoothly. Daily tasks include prepping and baking, assisting with ingredient inventory, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and contributing to our menu development & maintenance. Work with others in a small, fast-paced environment. Have knowledge of pizza making techniques. Use effective time management skills. Demonstrate proper control measures.
