Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to menus, dietary requirements, and safety standards Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation Assist with food storage, inventory, and support special functions Collaborate with the dining services team to ensure quality service and adapt to changing needs Uphold a safe, efficient, and customer-focused kitchen environmentWhat You'll Need:
High school graduate or equivalent (required) Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required) 2 years of institutional cooking experience in long-term care or assisted living (required)Preferred:
