We're looking for the right person to build upon our reputation of food and drink. A proven professional with experience is great, but if you think you have what it takes to join in on the largest thing going in beer & food in Evansville, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone that has the desire to lead, to build their own team, a passion for cooking, and love beer.

Responsibilities include:

Help in running day to day operations in the kitchen Working closely with the kitchen staff to execute lunch and dinner service Hiring and training new staff members Document new recipes or changes to standard plating procedures Develop and implement new menu ideas, including seasonal items and features Identify and implement improvements to reduce food costs, including food waste Scheduling recommendations based on staffing needs Menu planning and event coordination for all things related to food service Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented Must be passionate about making awesome food This position reports to the owner
