If you have a strong background in recipe development, kitchen operations, and understand how to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, we want you to apply! As a Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, including a Sous Chef, and ensuring that all food preparation meets our high standards of excellence. Our restaurant is a fast paced, locally owned establishment with multiple restaurant/bar concepts under one roof. Duties Overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Lead menu planning, including the development of new recipes and seasonal offerings. Refine station setup and preparation to improve operational efficiency. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service during peak hours. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served. Assist with ordering supplies and managing kitchen budgets as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food service operations. Experience with menu planning and inventory management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
