Head Chef

Opportunity with Indy's Best Sandwich Place for a Head Cook / Kitchen Manager role in downtown Indianapolis. We're looking for someone to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring an efficient line, consistent food quality, and strong team execution across both daily service and catering. This role will also oversee inventory, staff training, and overall kitchen performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a fast, organized, and efficient kitchen line Serve Safe Certified Train staff on recipes, accuracy, and quality standards Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control Manage kitchen operations and ensure equipment is functioning properly Lead and develop a strong, reliable team

What We're Looking For:

Kitchen leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of high-volume operations Ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable Organized, efficient, and hands-on leadership style

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) Growth Opportunity within As part of our organization named Chef Innovations Capital Group, you will have the opportunity to be part of a multi-new fast casual concept, multi-chain organization that hopes to have up to 15 fast casual locations in the Indianapolis MSA amongst 4-5 concepts over time. Opportunity to use your skills at new concept fast casual locations. Opportunity for upward mobility based on growth of the organization Chef Innovations Capital Group will target an initial public offering on either Nasdaq or the NYSE once it receives critical mass.
