We run a small operation where we all put our best on the plate every time. Scratch cooking, seasonal menu, and exciting ingredients are utilized while working for an experienced chef who will share his knowledge with you at every opportunity. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow their technical ability in a calm and productive environment, side note, if you find yourself in arguments at work, this job is not for you.
