Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Develop and refine menus that highlight creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences, ensuring alignment with brand standards and dietary requirements Oversee all aspects of food production, from ingredient sourcing to final presentation, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to minimize waste while ensuring sufficient stock for daily operations Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver exceptional service during large events or special occasions Monitor shift operations, providing guidance on food handling, portion control, and kitchen workflow to optimize efficiency Requirements Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments or upscale restaurants Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams with effective leadership skills Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and food service management Experience in banquet settings or catering is highly desirable Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and food safety protocols Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Familiarity with dietary accommodations, food handling regulations, and hospitality standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us if you're passionate about crafting memorable culinary experiences!
