This is not a clipboard chef position. We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in service, develops people, understands systems, and loves creating food that guests actually crave.
The right candidate can balance:
High-volume execution Creative menu development Food & labor cost management Team culture and accountability Seasonal features and specials Kitchen organization and cleanliness Training and development You'll work directly with ownership and leadership to continue evolving a restaurant that has been part of the Baton Rouge dining scene for years.
