Job Description

WESTAFF is hiring a Head Chef for a company located in Maurice, LA.
Pay:
45k/ annually
Schedule:
To be determined
Job Duties:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, & dinner Keep ongoing list of any items needed for menus & social events Keep inventory & order all food & supplies through our food company on a weekly basis or as needed Maintain monthly budget Check kitchen for cleanliness before leaving each day Prep food or assign that duty for next day's meals Prepare all snacks to be put out daily as well as for social events Manage & schedule all kitchen staff Assist with dietician in developing menu & make sure all menus are approved & signed off by dietician Make sure weekly menus are posted in common areas Follow all sanitary guidelines set forth by sanitarian & state regulations Maintain safe serve certification Maintain all coolers & freezers as well as pantry area for proper food storage Assign duties to other kitchen staff as deemed suitable & necessary Qualified Candidates, APPLY TODAY for Immediate Consideration! #westaffjobs
