This role is ideal for an experienced cook or emerging chef who thrives in a disciplined, high-quality kitchen environment and takes pride in precision, consistency, and thoughtful execution. Working closely with our Owner and Head Chef, you will play an integral role in daily production, kitchen organization, and the continued evolution of our menus. We are especially excited to connect with someone who brings experience or a strong interest in pastry. As our business continues to grow, expanding our pastry and dessert offerings is a key focus—from refined, seasonal desserts to thoughtfully developed staples within our weekly menus. We are looking for someone who is not only confident in execution, but genuinely excited about contributing to and helping shape this aspect of the business. This is a paid, hands-on position with meaningful responsibility and clear opportunity for growth. It's a unique chance to be part of a small, focused team where your work directly impacts both the product and the direction of the company. Our primary production days are Monday and Tuesday from 9am-4pm, with additional hours based on catering and production needs. We are flexible and open to building the right schedule for the right person.
