• Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment that encourages professional growth and high morale. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies responsibly, and maintain efficient cost controls. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen. Assist in scheduling staff and providing training as needed to align with culinary techniques and vision. Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef, preferably in a high-volume and high-quality dining establishment.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. Creative flair and passion for contemporary culinary trends and excellence in food presentation. In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, recipes, and food preparation procedures. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
