Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and hands-on head chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary program. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-quality food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff. Execute our proven lunch and dinner menus. Develop and dinner specials with seasonal, innovative dishes. Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation. Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste reduction. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with management and front-of-house teams for seamless service. Requirements Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern techniques and trends. Proven ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
