We're looking for an experienced and energetic Executive Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen, develop talent, and drive a culture of excellence in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. About the Role As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a critical leadership role in our Heart of House (HOH) operations. You'll partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen execution, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing culinary team. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of food quality, cost control, and team development.
