Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking pizzas per recipes and customer preferences Ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen Collaborating with team for timely service Monitoring inventory and dietary guidelines Experience required: Previous pizza kitchen experience, preferably with Neapolitan pizza Experience with biga dough a plus Knowledge of food handling and safety Ability to work efficiently under pressure
