Job Description

At With Flour in Her Hair, we believe good food brings people together, and it takes a dedicated, thoughtful team to make that happen. We have a small but mighty crew to support our catering kitchen, events, and studio space in Lynn, MA. If you love working in a collaborative, creative environment that's rooted in community, we'd love to hear from you.
We are currently hiring for:
Catering Kitchen Lead This is a key role within our team. You will work closely alongside Brita both in and out of the kitchen, supporting all aspects of our catering events. From prep and production to execution, this role is deeply involved in the flow of our work and requires strong organization, care, and a love for thoughtful food and hospitality.
Job Includes:
Prep Days, Service days in our Cafe, and work through catering events in and outside of our restaurant event space in Lynn, MA. Wednesday-Saturday with occasional Sunday if needed. Baking interest is a plus, but not necessary. This role offers significant growth and potential for a higher position in the future. We are an inclusive, queer women-owned business.
