Big Batch Production Cook Position Summary The Big Batch Production Cook prepares high-volume recipes with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness. This role is essential to ensuring products are prepared on schedule and meet company standards. Responsibilities Prepare large-batch recipes according to established recipes and production schedules. Measure, mix, cook, cool, portion, and package products accurately. Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergen, and FIFO procedures. Monitor and record temperatures as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and ingredient preparation. Communicate production needs, shortages, or concerns to leadership. Support other kitchen operations as needed. Qualifications Previous kitchen, production, catering, or food manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and committed to food safety. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
