Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef de Cuisine/ Executive Chef, to lead our culinary team with energy and expertise. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and excellence Oversee food safety protocols, dietary department standards, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost control measures to optimize resources and reduce waste Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and attention to detail Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a cohesive team dedicated to culinary excellence Monitor shift management activities, including staffing schedules, food preparation timelines, and service delivery Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and overall guest satisfaction across all dining services Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervising experience in fast-paced kitchens or hospitality settings Expertise in menu planning, food handling, and kitchen management techniques Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies Deep understanding of food safety regulations and dietary requirements Exceptional skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service management Experience in restaurant management including shift supervision and operational oversight Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality Join us as our Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef to lead our culinary team with enthusiasm!
