Sous Chef:

3+ years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment Strong tenure and proven career progression Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and kitchen financials Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams Strong communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality Passion for hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
