We are looking for someone who is reliable and who works hard and efficiently while keeping things clean throughout the shift. Must be 18+ for all positions.

Duties include:

Cooking food items using the grill, fryer, and pizza oven. Food prep, including making dough, sauce, rice, chopping vegetables, cutting and preparing chicken, and more. Cleaning during the shift and at the end of the shift, including sweeping and mopping, doing dishes, and cleaning items like hood vent covers. Stocking and organizing stock. Any additional duties as requested. This position requires being on your feet 11-12 hours per day and requires the ability to work in a hot kitchen as well as handling frozen and cold food on a regular basis. This is a full-time position with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Flexible availability is essential. You will need to be here from an hour before we open until we close on the days you are scheduled.
