Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the kitchen staff to create a positive work environment. The Head Chef, under the direction of the Executive Chef (and our sister restaurant, The Aviary), will also plan and execute private events Qualifications Culinary expertise in preparation and execution of elevated pub style foods. Experience in kitchen management, including team leadership, scheduling, and staff training Proficiency in inventory management, supplier communication, and cost control Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively Private Event experience, both buffet and plated
