This role is ideal for someone who loves being in the kitchen while also taking ownership of the systems, organization, and daily operations that keep a successful restaurant running smoothly. Working directly alongside our Executive Chef, this individual will help oversee kitchen operations, support the culinary team, and ensure consistency, quality, and execution across all areas of the business. Responsibilities Assist in the daily management and oversight of kitchen operations Work prep, line, and service shifts alongside the team Support ordering, inventory management, and product organization Assist with scheduling and labor management Coordinate kitchen preparation and execution for private events and buyouts Help maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and health department compliance Identify and follow up on maintenance and equipment issues Assist in developing systems and procedures that improve efficiency Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, specials, and culinary initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience preferred Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Lead Line Cook Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards Experience with ordering, inventory, and cost control Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Hands-on and team-oriented Organized and detail-focused Calm under pressure Passionate about hospitality and food quality Interested in helping build systems and improve operations Excited to grow with a multi-restaurant hospitality group
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
