Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food offerings to new heights. Duties Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient food production processes Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary creativity while meeting dietary requirements and customer preferences Oversee food preparation, cooking, serving, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and consistency Manage food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and exceptional customer experiences Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability Train staff on proper food handling techniques, hospitality standards, and culinary skills including catering and banquet services Experience Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with supervising responsibilities Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food production, cooking techniques, and food management systems Background in restaurant management including shift oversight, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence Familiarity with food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and catering operations such as banquets or large events Hands-on experience with hospitality management tools and kitchen equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Previous barista or coffee experience is a plus for roles involving beverage service Join us as our Head Chef to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
