Position Summary The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary operations, including menu development, food quality, kitchen leadership, cost control, and sanitation. The ideal candidate understands that success in a club environment is defined by delivering an excellent experience day in and day out—not just on occasion. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high-quality food across all dining outlets and events Develop balanced, appealing menus that reflect member preferences Maintain strong cost controls, including food cost, labor, and waste management Lead, train, and retain a cohesive kitchen team Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all health and safety standards Collaborate with club leadership to enhance the overall member experience Execute events and banquets with precision and reliability Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a club, resort, or high-volume restaurant Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, high-quality food in a repeat-service environment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and food cost percentages Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We Value We are not seeking a "celebrity chef."
