All of our desserts are made fresh, in-house and are precut and packaged in containers for sale in a merchandiser. There are opportunities for advancement in the company and to do more, but to start, we need someone who is reliable and able to consistently produce desserts according to our recipes. This is not a "cook-to-order" position.

Responsibilities:

Prep, produce, portion, and label desserts for sale in our various locations. Keep a clean and organized station. Communicate to the kitchen manager any needs for tools, supplies, or ingredients. Follow established recipes; working efficiently and consistently. Maintain a basic inventory of desserts. Able to produce quantities enough to satisfy pending orders

Requirements:

2+ years baking and pastry experience; or similar dessert production experience. Knowledge of basic pastry techniques, and kitchen safety and sanitation. Ability to read and communicate in English. Ability to work a set schedule.

Pay:

From $21.00 per hour
