Ideal candidates are hands-on, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily kitchen operations Lead, train, and develop BOH team Maintain food quality, consistency, and standards Manage prep, inventory, and ordering Assist with labor and cost controls

Qualifications:

2-4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef High-volume or upscale dining experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
