Sushi Chef Takumi Japanese Bistro & Bar Bethesda, MD Job Details Part-time $18 - $22 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Sushi Food handling Inventory control Food hygiene Food preparation Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Prepare sushi dishes including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls Ensure freshness and quality of all fish and ingredients Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Prepare ingredients such as slicing fish, cooking rice, and preparing sauces Create visually appealing sushi presentations Monitor inventory and assist with ordering seafood and ingredients Maintain a clean and organized sushi station Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Follow restaurant recipes and presentation standards
