Sushi Helper ( Entry-Level Sushi Chef )

Kitchen Prep:

Assist with preparing ingredients (washing rice, cutting vegetables, and prepping fish).

Sushi Support:

Assist the Chef in assembling rolls and packing grab-and-go sushi boxes.

Quality Control:

Ensure all ingredients are fresh and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Operations:

Assist with restocking inventory and keeping the kiosk compliant with health and safety standards.

Customer Interaction:

Assist with customer orders as needed during busy hours. [Qualifications]

Availability:

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Language Preference:

Bilingual in Spanish, Korean or Japanese is strongly preferred.

Experience:

Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Skills:

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Reliability:

Prompt and regular attendance is essential.
