Job Description:
As the Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Leadership and Team Building:
Lead by example and create an environment of teamwork and mutual respect, enhancing kitchen morale and achieving high standards of food and service.Staff Training and Oversight:
Provide ongoing training and feedback to kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food preparation, presentation, and sanitation standards.Administrative Support:
Responsible for essential administrative tasks, including scheduling, ordering, recipe documentation and costing, menu planning, cost tracking, and inventory management.Collaboration with
Service Managers:
Work closely with Service Managers to ensure smooth service and maintain high guest satisfaction.Food Preparation Oversight:
Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring the freshness and quality of all dishes, as well as proper storage and handling practices.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
