Now Hiring:
Head Chef (Full-Time) & Sous Chef (Part-Time → Full-Time Potential)
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and dedicated kitchen professionals to join our team. Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced environment handling both in-house orders and delivery/ghost kitchen orders across multiple platforms. We're looking for individuals who can maintain high standards of food quality, efficiency, and cleanliness, and who are interested in growing long-term with the business. Head Chef (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all kitchen operations during shifts Manage incoming orders from POS systems and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash and others) Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Supervise and support kitchen staff, including the sous chef Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Enforce food safety and sanitation standards Oversee end-of-day cleaning (mopping floors, sanitizing surfaces, organizing kitchen) Handle routine maintenance such as changing cooking oil and ensuring equipment is clean and functional Ensure kitchen towels, rags, and tools are properly cleaned and maintained
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a head chef or kitchen lead preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume orders efficiently Solid understanding of food safety standards Sous Chef (Part-Time → Full-Time Potential)

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Help manage incoming orders from POS and delivery platforms Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods Maintain a clean and organized workstation Perform end-of-day cleaning duties (mopping, wiping down surfaces, organizing kitchen) Assist with kitchen maintenance, including changing cooking oil Wash and maintain kitchen towels, rags, and utensils
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience required; sous chef experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic Additional Details Head Chef is a full-time position Sous Chef starts part-time with strong potential to move into a full-time role Hours may increase based on performance and business needs Flexible scheduling required, including availability during busy periods We are looking for long-term team members interested in growing with the business Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities available over time
Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
