Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Wok Chef to prepare authentic Thai cuisine in a fast-paced mobile kitchen environment using high-heat wok cooking techniques. This role includes cooking made-to-order dishes such as Pad Thai, drunken noodles, and stir-fry specialties while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed during busy service periods. Ideal candidates have prior experience with wok cooking, knowledge of Thai cuisine and spices, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering fresh, flavorful street food. Duties Wok station setup, ingredient preparation, food preparation and presentation to uphold high standards of taste, appearance, and consistency Cleanup of work station and other areas when needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food safety practices and sanitation standards Requirements Experience with Asian cuisine, especially with using woks Background in food production, with a focus on quality Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and inventory management practices Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences!
