This position begins in August of 2026. Run your own kitchen within our concept. Write your own weekly menus and manage your own purchasing. Be nice to those around you. Successful candidates will have:
- Solid experience (4yrs) with a background in classical and modern/ progressive cuisine, preferably under notable chefs or in notable establishments.
- Protein / Fish Butchery Skills
- Menu development & experience sourcing items from broad-line purveyors, as well as local products from local suppliers
- The desire to at first learn, then uphold and improve upon the cuisine that makes us successful
- The desire to own the creative direction, cleanliness, and flow of the kitchen
- Communication skills! Energize those around you with your attitude, lead with humility, be a part of the team.
- Humility! Be coachable and be willing to reach out for help.
