Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant. Lead and develop a team with a hands-on approach. Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc. Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership. Competitive starting salary. Executive Chef Manager Requirements:

The ability to thrive in a high volume ($4+ million) kitchen environment. Minimum of 4+ years of Kitchen Management experience Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost. The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
