Job Description

Description Developing and updating pastry recipes to enhance menu offerings and meet customer preferences. Supervising and training junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of pastry preparation and presentation. Managing inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed. Coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Creating visually appealing dessert displays for special events and occasions to attract customers Monitoring and adjusting baking processes to achieve optimal texture and flavor in all pastry items. Meeting sales targets by developing seasonal and promotional pastry items that drive customer interest. Experimenting with new techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations to innovate and improve pastry offerings. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
