Executive Pastry Chef Prime Concepts Detroit is seeking a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate the pastry program at Aurora on the Lake in Commerce Township. This is an opportunity for a creative, ambitious, pastry professional to build something special with a fine-dining restaurant brand. We are looking for a leader who thrives on innovation, mentorship, and concept development; someone ready to shape the future of dessert programs across multiple hospitality concepts.
Position Details Pay:
$75,000 annually (+commensurate with experience)
Type:
Full-time (approx. 50 hours/week)

5 days per week

Union Lake Rd Commerce Twp What You'll Do:
Lead all pastry and dessert operations for Aurora on the Lake Develop and execute seasonal dessert menus and specialty pastry offerings Drive new product development with full creative freedom Build, train, and mentor a high-performing pastry team Establish systems, standards, and operational excellence Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership on future restaurant concepts Play a key role in opening and developing new concepts under the Prime Concepts Detroit umbrella
What We're Looking For:
