As a Sous Chef, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail. You will work alongside a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment focused on excellence, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for individuals with strong fine dining experience, a passion for culinary craftsmanship, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all back-of-house operations, including food preparation, execution, plating, and quality control Ensure every dish meets fine dining standards for consistency, presentation, and taste Supervise, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture Maintain excellence in cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and food safety throughout the kitchen Assist with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and waste reduction Support menu development, recipe execution, and operational improvements Coordinate kitchen flow and staffing to ensure efficiency during service and high-volume periods Work collaboratively with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience Uphold all health, safety, and OSHA, HACCP-related standards and procedures Qualifications Minimum 3 years of fine dining kitchen experience required Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and guest experience Previous experience in a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or culinary leadership role preferred Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and inspire a team Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, kitchen organization, and inventory control Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality Banquet or catering experience is a plus Why Join Us?
