EXECUTIVE CHEF

Salary:

$120,000

• $130,000 + Up to 20% Bonus We are seeking a highly creative and operationally driven Executive Chef to lead a dynamic, multi-outlet culinary operation generating over $8M in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all culinary operations across multiple outlets and banquet programs Develop innovative, seasonally driven menus with strong financial accountability Manage food cost, labor cost, purchasing, inventory, and overall kitchen profitability Mentor and develop Sous Chefs, cooks, and culinary leadership teams Drive consistency, quality standards, sanitation, and operational efficiency Collaborate closely with hotel and food & beverage leadership to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue growth Build systems and structure that improve productivity while maintaining high culinary standards Remain hands-on in both service and leadership development

What We're Looking For:

Executive Chef experience within upscale hotels, fine dining restaurants, or multi-outlet operations Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost controls Proven success leading high-performing culinary teams in fast-paced environments Creative chef with modern menu development experience and strong plating standards Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and team culture Ability to execute at a high level while remaining calm, organized, and solutions-oriented
