Our restaurant is known for its high-energy atmosphere, consistent quality, and ability to handle high-volume service without compromising the guest experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains high culinary standards, and brings strong leadership skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Maintain consistency and quality across all menu items Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at a high level Ensure efficient service during peak times, including conventions and major downtown events Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Maintain cleanliness and comply with all health and safety regulations Collaborate with management on menu development and specials

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
