- Sick Pay Summary Preparation, set-up, and production of all salad menu items for consumption in accordance with club recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work area at all times by performing the following duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other miscellaneous job-related duties may be assigned. Prepares food items according to BFG&CC recipes. Possess strong knife handling skills. Identifies and prepares salad menu items to include, but not limited to, cuts of meat, poultry, shellfish, fish, game, cereals, grains, tubers, fruits, and vegetables for cooking. Prepares sauces, salad dressings, cold sauces, dips, and garnishments. Prepares foods by methods of frying, sautéing, broiling, roasting, braising, poaching, steaming, baking, stir-frying, simmering, boiling, and other means. Sets up, maintains, and breaks down salad cook stations. Responsible in maintaining all standards regarding sanitation, uniforms, food preparation, and storage. Responsible for all equipment cleaning and proper food storage. Responsible for putting away all stock items in the walk-in cooler and dry storage. Must label, date, and rotate all consumable products. Notifies Executive Chef of any expected shortages and/or malfunctioning equipment. Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions ; uses equipment and materials properly.

Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is a private member owned association with approximately 700 members.
