What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years professional sushi experience Exceptional knife skills and knowledge of traditional sushi preparation Experience with inventory, ordering, and food safety protocols Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Leadership qualities and a desire to mentor junior team members Pride in presentation, timing, and technique A team-first attitude and desire to grow with an ambitious brand
What You'll Do:
Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi with consistency and care Maintain a clean and organized station at all times Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards Collaborate with management to develop specials and seasonal menus Help lead, train, and inspire our kitchen team Represent the Blind Owl experience — quality, hospitality, and performance Why Blind Owl?
