Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, creativity in menu design, and the ability to manage a diverse kitchen staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of food safety regulations, and the ability to create innovative dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence. Duties Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and execute menus that cater to various dietary needs while maintaining creativity and seasonal relevance. Manage food production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to foster a collaborative team environment. Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and control food costs through effective inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling and preparation. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during events and daily operations. Plan and execute catering services for special events, including banquets and private functions. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that promotes teamwork and productivity. Skills Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in culinary arts. Extensive knowledge of food service management, including menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen management. Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation standards. Familiarity with dietary department operations and catering services is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments. Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
