In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food presentation and safety standards. Your leadership and culinary expertise will contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in food production, team management, and kitchen management while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Supervise kitchen staff during service shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations Oversee food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with guest preferences Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver exceptional service for special events and large functions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly Requirements Proven experience in fine dining kitchens or similar high-end food service environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating leadership skills and team management capabilities Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments or specialized menus Familiarity with inventory management systems, food safety standards, and kitchen operations management Strong understanding of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food industry best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively during busy shifts Experience in catering, banquet service, or large-scale food production is highly desirable A passion for hospitality, serving guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to culinary excellence!
