Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the cornerstone of our food operation, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, and food quality assurance. Your leadership will inspire creativity, uphold the highest standards of food safety, and ensure seamless food service operations across all departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our culinary vision while fostering a collaborative and energetic kitchen environment. Responsibilities Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs, including fine dining and catering services. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and support personnel, ensuring effective team management and training. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations. Manage inventory control and procurement to optimize food costs while maintaining high-quality ingredients. Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requirements and enhance guest satisfaction. Supervise shift operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all kitchen activities, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver smooth food service experiences during peak hours and special events such as banquets or large functions. Experience Proven culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with banquet or fine dining background. Demonstrated supervising experience managing diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management best practices. Strong background in food safety protocols, inventory management, and cost control strategies. Experience in catering operations or large-scale event food service is highly desirable. Familiarity with dietary accommodations and managing specialized dietary departments is a plus. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for mentoring team members to achieve excellence in culinary arts.
