Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a diverse range of desserts including crepes, waffles, cakes, pastries, and specialty confections with precision and flair Decorate crepes and desserts using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing presentations Manage food production processes, ensuring all items meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation Package desserts efficiently for takeout or catering orders while maintaining freshness and appearance Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations Assist with food handling, inventory management, and proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations, and adhering to safety protocols Skills Extensive experience in pastry arts, baking, and dessert preparation with a focus on crepes, waffles, and specialty desserts Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and food presentation aesthetics Strong knife skills for precise cutting, slicing, and garnishing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently within a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills to engage with guests positively when needed Experience in food production, packaging, catering, or restaurant settings is highly desirable Demonstrated culinary experience within the food industry with a focus on dessert craftsmanship Join us if you're eager to bring your creative dessert ideas to life while providing exceptional culinary experiences!
