  • $100,000 + bonus

Property Description:
230+ room upscale hotel with 10K+ of event space with multiple outlets.
Qualifications:
  • Executive Chef or Exec Sous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or upscale multi-outlet environment
  • Strong steakhouse background with focus on quality and consistency
  • Proven leadership of banquet, catering, and high-volume event operations
Requirements:
  • Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
  • Strong financial acumen managing multi-million-dollar F&B programs
  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to build teams and drive performance
