$87,000.00- $95,000.00 per year, plus Bonus Job description: Executive Chef
- Western Suburbs Jimmy's Kitchen and Bar is a fast-paced upscale-casual restaurant that's located in Minnetonka.
Pay:
$87,,000 to $95,000 Depending upon experience, plus quarterly bonuses Chef's responsibilities include:- Creating daily/weekly specials and menu development
- Setting the standard and maintaining consistent and high-quality food
- Maintaining high performance standards with the kitchen staff
- Ensure that all recipes are adhered to for preparation and creation of entrees
- Be able to supervise and lead your employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Have a desire to work hands-on in a fast paced environment
- Have experience in controlling costs, including food cost and labor cost What we provide you:
- 5 day work week.
