Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using traditional and innovative techniques, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Handle food preparation tasks such as dough kneading, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve optimal results Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and health regulations at all times Assist with catering orders and special events, providing exceptional service from preparation to presentation Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on pizza making or similar food preparation skills Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient handling and prep work Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments, especially within the food industry or fine dining settings Ability to plan menus that balance creativity with customer preferences Proven ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent food service skills, including serving guests when needed Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong teamwork ethic with effective communication skills for seamless kitchen operations Join us as a Pizza Chef and bring your culinary passion to life!
