Job Description
Tre Cuori specializes in authentic Italian gelato made from scratch in small batches using premium ingredients. We are passionate about quality, creativity, and creating memorable experiences for our customers. Recently, we were honored to be ranked among the Top 60 Gelaterias in the World and awarded the Gelato World Masters Crown, becoming the first gelateria in Missouri to receive this recognition. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Artisanal Gelato Production Assistant to assist with gelato production approximately 8-10 hours per week. The position offers flexible scheduling and pays $17 per hour. While previous professional experience is not required, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys baking, cooking, desserts, and working in a clean, organized environment. We believe this opportunity could be a great fit for culinary enthusiasts, aspiring pastry professionals, retirees, career changers, or anyone interested in learning the craft of artisanal gelato production.
