  • Full-time Job Summary Small Dessert Production Sarah's Cake Shop is looking to fill a full-time position in our small dessert production department at our Chesterfield location.
Key responsibilities would include start-to-finish production of various small desserts and cakes. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a clean work area, work quickly & efficiently in both an independent and team environment, and be a self-starter. This position would be 40 hours per week and would have a set schedule of Tuesday-Saturday. (Exact hours are negotiable.) Pay is based on experience. Strong skills in cake decorating, baking techniques, and food handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Experience with food production processes including food preparation, packaging, and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
