• The selected candidate will have a direct impact on culinary operations as he or she will be responsible for culinary training and food quality across the district.
• What You'll Do
• + be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production + oversee the PrimeroEdge food management system for multiple units + menu development + ensure Sodexo and USDA Culinary standards including recipe compliance are food quality are implemented and maintained + oversee catering functions within Waco ISD and Sodexo's neighboring K-12 accounts + have the ability and willingness to motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid staff) + provide stellar customer/client service + ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance + have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems •What We Offer•Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
