Your expertise in food preparation, knife work, ticket pacing, and curated dining experiences will play a crucial role in delivering mouthwatering meals to our many repeat customers, night after night. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Assist Chef in menu planning and development, ensuring variety and "

" plating. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all food handling processes. Collaborate with the servers to ensure any allergen/dietary needs are met effectively and safely. Provide excellent food service, catering to the specific preferences of guests in our open kitchen (No hiding in Back of House here!) Utilize proper knife skills and cooking techniques to deliver high-quality dishes. Assist with meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed. Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. Applicants must be 21+. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the culinary industry. Fine dining experience is an asset, showcasing an understanding of high-quality meal presentation and plating. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments, demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure and with customers watching! Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when appropriate. $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
